Luminarum was formed to create connections between passionate minds across different disciplines. To help good people, be better.

 

Over 3 decades of managing projects, I saw human potential and energy wasted through poor communication, lazy management and excluding ideas. I wanted to do something to change that.

 

I now promote ways of working that enable us to work more effectively together, to solve challenging problems that need the combination of disciplines and perspectives.

I have harvested ideas and methods from diverse fields to find different ways to approach problems. Melding methods from psychology and physicality, from performance and science, blending music and medicine and finding insights from the natural world to give us new ways to engage with the complexity of our current landscape.
